When you have received a decision from the Home Office which has been refused. If there is a right to appeal, then we will submit your appeal to meet the deadline of either 14 days or 28 days.

We will draft grounds of appeal and submit your appeal to the First Tier Tribunal. Once appeal has been lodged, we will discuss documents that you should gather for your appeal to collate your bundle.

We will also arrange a meeting to draft your witness statement addressing the refusal letter. Depending on the visa we require a witness statement from Sponsor and other parties.

Additionally, we may request further documentation to assist with your appeal which may involve instructing an Expert to obtain an Expert report. The same would apply if a medical report, Social Workers report or other Professional reports were required. Once all documents are ready to go in the bundle, the bundle will be prepared.

We will instruct Counsel for your hearing and once the bundle has been collated send off to the Barrister for ready for your appeal hearing.
