Your partner will require a Marriage Vsitor Visa which is issued for up to 6 months once married then can apply for spouse visa from their resident country. Once granted then they can return to the UK.

You must meet the following requirements and provide evidence that:

• You have a date booked for you marriage.

• You have enough income for the visit such as between £2000-£3000 which should be shown in 6 months bank statements.

You also need to submit relationship evidence such as what’s app chat communication, travel tickets and money transfer receipts.
