You may be detained by UK Border Agency in this instance that you do not have valid leave in the UK or your visa application has been refused. If you are detained you will have access to legal assistance.

 

How we can help?

Whilst you are detained, or we can assist if filing a bail application to get you out this will consist of the following:

 

• Two sureties (someone who would be willing to assure that if you are bailed you will not abscond).

• The two sureties, one should be British and other can hold indefinite leave to remain.

• They should be working as will be required to provide 3 months’ payslips and 3 months bank statements.

• Will agree to an amount that if you abscond, they would be liable to pay.

 

You will be assigned a bail hearing date and if your bail application is granted and be released from detention.
